Forever
A Legal Sci-Fi Story
by Daniel Gervais · Published August 2023
Forever explores the idea of transferring humans into humanoid bodies — a topic that has been the theme for many eminent sci-fi titles. This book's unique contribution is its exploration of the legal questions and embedded philosophical issues that flow from being able to transfer a copy of a person's mind into a synthetic body that lives forever.
The book can be used as teaching support and contains a list of questions for further reflection or student essays.
